CANCELLATION POLICY
A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total balance at the time of your service. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please note: A new deposit is required every time an appointment is booked, including after any reschedule. Previous deposits will not carry over to future appointments. Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. However, a new deposit will still be required to secure the new appointment date and time. Any cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 90% of the booked service total. By booking an appointment, you agree to these policies.
