CANCELLATION POLICY

A non-refundable deposit is required to book all appointments. This deposit will go toward your total balance at the time of your service. Deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable. Clients may reschedule their appointment with at least 24 hours’ notice. However, a new deposit will still be required to secure the new appointment date and time. Any cancellations, reschedules, or no-shows made within 24 hours of the scheduled appointment will result in a charge of 90% of the booked service total.
